Thankfully, the hotel is conveniently located near Merida's main square, allowing easy access to the historical center and downtown. Additionally, the friendly staff made the check-in process a breeze.
The lack of a do-not-disturb sign in the room made it difficult to prevent unnecessary daily towel changes.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions and downtown just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They were always ready to help with any request. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with attention to detail such as quiet air conditioning and hot showers. It was a great value for money!
Although nothing was perfect, my overall experience at this hotel was great.
